Builders, not an agency.

We design, build and operate our own products, so we can stand behind every one of them.

The industry

Much of the investment migration industry runs on intermediaries.

Agencies resell third-party funds and programs, and are paid through fees built into the product. The investor rarely sees those fees, and nobody owns the outcome end to end. We chose to build instead.

A note on advisors

We hold great advisors in high regard.

Some of the advisors we work with are among the best people in this industry. We simply believe that, in some niches, someone should build vertical products end to end. We are open to working with a small number of carefully selected advisors, and we choose them carefully: in an industry that is not always regulated, the quality bar isn’t always where it should be, and we would rather keep ours high.

Principles

Five principles behind everything we build.

01

Built in-house

We don’t resell third-party products. Every product we offer, we designed and structured ourselves.

02

Quality over quick wins

Long-term products for families, and only programs we would stand behind.

03

Tier-1, end-to-end

Tier-1 jurisdictions, tier-1 legal partners and a hands-on team that follows every family personally.

04

Transparent by design

Because we build our own structures, we can show what they cost. We target internal costs of around 5%, and work to lower them as we grow.

05

Built for the long term

Real alternatives that last, for families who think in decades.

The exception

We don’t sell third-party products. With one honest exception.

Occasionally, a specific program or alternative we didn’t build is essential to someone’s broader portfolio. When that is the case, we offer it, and we hold ourselves to the highest standard of trust: every pro, con, cost and risk on the table, and our reasons stated clearly. It isn’t always easy. That’s exactly why we keep it rare.

How a product is born

From the first idea to the investor report, everything stays in-house.

1st step

Thesis

We start from an investment thesis we believe in.

2nd step

Jurisdiction

We select tier-1 countries and programs only.

3rd step

Structure

We build the legal structure with tier-1 partners, through entities holding the appropriate licences.

4th step

Operate

We run the product directly, with no intermediaries in between.

5th step

Report

We report to investors regularly, through reports and the investor area.

What we don’t do
We don’t resell third-party products.
We don’t build for short-term gains.
We don’t work with programs we wouldn’t stand behind.
We don’t hide costs inside the product.
Questions

Are you an agency?

No. Bitizenship is a group that designs, builds and operates its own products. We don’t resell third-party products.

Do you only offer your own products?

Yes. In exceptional cases, when a specific program or alternative is essential to someone’s broader portfolio, we offer it with full transparency on its pros, cons, costs and risks.

How do you think about costs?

Because we build our own structures, we can show what they cost. As a principle, we target internal costs of around 5% across our products, and work to lower them as we grow. Each product’s exact costs are set out in its official documents.

Who manages the investment funds?

Regulated activities, including fund management, are carried out only by duly authorised entities. Each fund’s manager is named in its official documentation.
