He pioneered Web3 for governance with projects like Jur and Draper Nation and has advised and invested in multiple startups. With a legal background, he has held various institutional roles such as Scientific Committee member at San Marino Innovation, advising Oxford’s University Deep Tech Dispute Resolution Lab, and the Astana International Financial Center. Qualified to practice law, he holds a Ph.D. in Public Law from Sapienza University of Rome, specializing in Administrative Law, and a Master’s in Global Regulation of Markets. Her expertise stems from a degree in real estate from Cornell University and her experience in real estate investment working at Goldman Sachs.

She has focused on advising clients on global wealth creation and citizenship solutions, particularly through Portugal’s Golden Visa program. Zoe was the country head for Portugal at a major migration agency and Vice President of a hospitality real estate developer. She received an MS in Economics and Management from Nova SBE, Nova University of Lisbon.
